6 ripe tomatoes (medium size)
2 chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 small onion (sliced)
Boil tomatoes in sufficient amount of water until cooked.
Drain and peel when cooled
Crush the pulp well with a fork.
Add to it the chillies, salt and onion and mix well.
Sprinkle over the chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with meat curry and rice.
