"Spiced Lamb Chops"
8 lamb chops
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons ginger/garlic mixture
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
About 2 tablespoon oil
Put the chops in a bown and add to them all the ingredients (except oil)
Mix well, cover and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Pour the oil on the marinated chops and mix again.
Lift the chops and place them under a preheated grill. Cook on both sides.
Serve hot garnished with lemon wedges.
Variation: Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry one medium, sliced onion until transparent. Add the chops and the marinade, mix, cover and cook on low heat till mixture is dry and chops cooked.
