"Cucumber Raita"


Ingredients (serves 6):



  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowll and beat it lightly with a fork.
  2. Squeeze out all liquid from the cucumber and discard it.
  3. Add cucumber and other ingredients to yoghurt. Mix well.
  4. Serve as a side dish.
