"Daube de poulet"

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Fry the onions in the oil and then add the  garlic and ginger. Stir for a little while.  

  2. Add the chicken pieces, cloves, cinnamon stick, thyme, chilles, some salt and stir well.

  3. Leave to cook for a good little while and then add the crushed tomatoes.

  4. Leave to cook on low heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve with rice, lentils or dholl.
