"Chilli Sauce"

Method:

Grind to a fine paste about 10 to 15 red chillies with 2 cloves garlic. Stir in some salt and lemon juice. Mix well and pour in a small container. Cover mixture with oil, close lid and keep in the fridge.

To use dissolve 1 teaspoon of mixture in about 5-6 tablespoons of water, add some more salt and mix well.
